Discussion on waste gas treatment technology of lithium battery recovery

As the country in order to save energy, cars are mostly converted to lithium batteries. All kinds of waste gas produced in the process of lithium battery crushing and recovery can be used without expensive RTO heat storage and combustion system. Organic gas, pyrolysis combustible gas and lithium electric electrolyte hot volatile gas produced in the production process are separately piped into the combustion and heating system for self-use. After heat exchange, the exhaust gas of combustion and heating is cooled and sprayed by two channels of lye, and then cleaned by water spray. After cleaning the vapor separation to remove the water in the gas, for the sake of insurance and then zeolite or activated carbon adsorption treatment standard discharge. There is no need to invest in waste gas RTO regenerative combustion system with high operating cost.
